• Wide material compatibility: The MTX6 can process many standard materials and is also suitable for materials that are difficult to handle with filament printers. These include soft plastics such as TPU / TPE as well as brittle and other demanding materials. Fiber-filled pellets can also be used.
• Easy integration: Designed for maximum compatibility with existing 3D printing systems. Available in 24V and 48V versions.
• High heating performance: Two heating zones with 150W each (48V version) for fast heat-up times and stable process temperatures up to 300°C.
• Precise extrusion: With state-of-the-art technology and high manufacturing accuracy, the MTX6 offers finely tuned control of the extrusion process and ensures a stable extrusion rate.
• Custom modifications: Upon request, the standard model can be adapted to perfectly suit your application.

Pellet Feeding System

The Metexon Pellet Feeding System is the ideal complement to our pellet extruders and ensures a reliable and precise supply of pellet materials during the 3D printing process.

• Two variants: With a 3-liter or 12-liter container for different material volumes and space requirements.
• Convenient: The pellets are transported directly to the extruder through a flexible spiral hose.
• Self-contained: No external compressed air supply needed thanks to the integrated high-performance blower.
• Powerful: Hose lengths of up to 10 meters and height differences of up to 5 meters are possible.
• Wide material compatibility: The Metexon Pellet Feeding System is suitable for a broad range of pellet materials and shapes.
• Easy integration: Perfectly matched to the Metexon MTX6 pellet extruder and easy to integrate into existing 3D printing systems.
• Integrated sensors: The system automatically detects when material is needed at the extruder and starts the feeding process.
• Power supply: 24–48V DC, allowing direct connection to the 3D printer.
